Learning process monitoring is a crucial element in maintaining the quality of higher education. At universitas sariputra indonesia tomohon, the monitoring process is still carried out manually, resulting in inefficiencies and a high risk of human error. This study aims to design and develop a learning process monitoring system based on radio frequency identification (rfid) technology using the esp32 microcontroller and telegram bot notifications. The system was developed using the prototyping method, including needs identification, prototype creation, evaluation, and final implementation. Test results show that all system components including the rfid card, rfid reader, buzzer, solenoid doorlock, and telegram bot functioned effectively and provided real-time information to responsible parties. testing revealed system feasibility percentages of 100% respectively, with interpretation as “highly feasible.” This system is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning monitoring and serve as a model for similar technological development in other academic institutions.
