The digital transformation in education has encouraged higher education institutions to adopt information technology to enhance service efficiency and quality. Universitas Sari Putra Indonesia Tomohon faces various challenges in its student admission process, such as manual systems prone to data entry errors, duplicate records, and a lack of transparent information for prospective students. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based student admission information system to address these issues. The system development follows the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, consisting of planning, design, coding, and testing phases. The system was built using Laravel as the backend framework, Livewire and Filament for dynamic user interfaces, and MySQL as the database. The system design utilizes UML modeling—including use case, activity, and sequence diagrams—to illustrate interactions between users and the system. System testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a score of 92.00, indicating excellent usability. The system provides features such as online registration, prospective student data management, administrative validation, and monitoring of admission staff presence. With this implementation, the student admission process becomes faster, more efficient, and more accurate, while also improving information accessibility for prospective students and campus administrative staff.
