The learning process in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Sariputra University, Tomohon, Indonesia, is not supported by a Learning Management System (LMS). Therefore, this research aims to develop a Learning Management System for the student learning process in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Sariputra University, Tomohon. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of several stages: Requirements Planning, System Design, Development and Feedback Gathering processes, and Implementation or Product Completion. The result of this research is the development of a Learning Management System that can enhance the effectiveness of the learning process and facilitate teachers’ distribution of materials, assignments, and attendance records to students.
