Hubungan kualitas pelayanan antenatal care dengan kepuasan ibu hamil di RSU Gmim Siloam Sonder

- Antenatal Care (ANC) merupakan layanan penting bagi ibu hamil guna menjamin keselamatan ibu dan janin. Namun, kualitas pelayanan ANC masih menjadi tantangan, khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan ANC dengan kepuasan ibu hamil di RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 164 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dengan hasil Alpha Cronbach > 0,9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menilai kualitas pelayanan ANC dalam kategori baik (78,7%) dan kepuasan ibu hamil juga berada pada kategori baik (64,6%). Hasil uji statistik Spearman rho menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan ANC dan kepuasan ibu hamil (p = 0,000) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,722 yang menunjukkan hubungan positif dan kuat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan ibu hamil. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan menjadi langkah strategis untuk mendorong kunjungan ulang dan menurunkan angka kematian ibu.
