- Antenatal Care (ANC) is an essential service for pregnant women to ensure the safety of both mother and fetus. However, the quality of ANC services remains a challenge, particularly in relation to patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of ANC services and the satisfaction of pregnant women at RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder. The research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 164 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, with Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.9. The results showed that the majority of respondents rated the quality of ANC services as good (78.7%), and the satisfaction level of pregnant women was also in the good category (64.6%). The Spearman rho statistical test showed a significant relationship between the quality of ANC services and the satisfaction of pregnant women (p = 0.000), with a correlation coefficient of 0.722 indicating a strong and positive relationship. These findings suggest that the better the quality of service provided, the higher the satisfaction of pregnant women. Therefore, improving service quality is a strategic step to encourage repeat visits and reduce maternal mortality rates
