Abstract

In the context of organizational dynamics, the influence of motivation and communication on employee job satisfaction has become an increasingly important aspect to comprehend. These factors play a significant role in shaping the level of satisfaction and performance among employees. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of motivation and communication on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Sulut Go, Tomohon Branch. This study employs a quantitative method where hypotheses are statistically tested using multiple linear regression. The researcher utilized the entire population, consisting of 60 respondents from Bank Sulut Go Tomohon Branch, employing a total sampling technique. The results of the t-test for the motivation variable yield a value of 15.605 at a significance level of 5% (0.05), indicating that motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the t-test result for the communication variable is 6.078, with a significance level of 5% (0.05), signifying that communication has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Consequently, the researcher concludes that higher work motivation leads to higher job satisfaction at Bank Sulut Go Tomohon Branch, and improved communication between bank employees and superiors corresponds to enhanced employee job satisfaction
