Peer Reviewers Process

Articles received by the editorial board for evaluation are subject to blind peer review. If there is a difference of opinion between two referees when assessing an article, the article is sent to a third referee. If an article is sent to more than two referees, the majority opinion is used as the basis. Referees are selected from among the scientific council or academics of the university. In order for an article to be published in the journal, the referee must express a positive opinion.

In articles that will be submitted to the journal, the following things must be considered:

1. The submitted article has never been published elsewhere and may not be
sent to more than one journal at the same time.

2. In research presented orally or by poster at a congress,
symposium, or scientific environment, the name, place, and date
of the activity must be included.

3. In research sponsored by an institution or fund, the name of the sponsoring institution and the project label must be included.

4. Information must be provided about the article as a thesis. The author is responsible
for any errors in interpretation.

5. Articles to be submitted for the exam must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines
of SAINTEK Journal authors.

6. Authors are responsible for the content of the publication, maintenance of opinions, truth of sources,
quotations and copyrighted images and visuals.
