ABSTRACT- North Minahasa Regency is one of the locations in North Sulawesi Province that has a variety of interesting tourist destinations ranging from hills, historical sites, mountains, waterfalls, to beautiful beaches. The aims of this research was to create a tourism information system in North Minahasa Regency to make it easier for tourists to access information about tourist destinations in North Minahasa Regency such as Maleo Koki beach, Lilang Beach, Mangket Beach, Firdaus Beach, Kaki Dian, Tunan waterfall, Masongsor waterfall, Paal Beach, Kalinaun Beach, Lihaga Island, Waruga archaeological park, Raewaya Hils, Kuwil Kawangkoan Dam, and Tumatenden shower pool. Method: Rapid application Development (RAD) was used in this research. The development method which includes the stages of needs planning, design, development, and implementation. Result: The information system created that produces tourism information in North Minahasa Regency related to tourist attractions, hotels and inns, transportation, places to eat and location maps in North Minahasa Regency.
