Assistance in Improving the Performance of Wioi Village Apparatus, East Ratahan District in Providing Public Services

Abstract

Assistance can help improve the performance of state civil servants and is a strategic step to achieve quality public services. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge, skills and guidance in improving the performance of the Wioi Village apparatus, East Ratahan District and its impact on the delivery of public services.  implementation methods, namely identifying problems faced by village officials in providing public services, training and workshops to increase the capacity of village officials through the transfer of knowledge and skills and technical assistance methods to support the implementation of technology and participatory methods to encourage active involvement of village officials and the community in the development process public service. The results of the implementation of mentoring include technical training, administrative training and direct supervision so that village officials are able to increase competence, discipline and responsibility. Mentoring plays an important role in supporting the improvement of the performance of state apparatus so that the public services provided become more effective and efficient.
