Pengaruh Pemberian Air Rebusan Daun Salam Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Ibu KB Suntik 3 Bulan Dikelurahan Rurukan Kecamatan Tomohon Timur

ABSTRAK- KB ( keluarga berencana) suntik 3 bulan atau Depo Progestin merupakan salah satu metode kontrasepsi hormonal yang banyak digunakan oleh perempuan di Indonesia. Metode ini efektif dalam mencegah kehamilan dengan cara menghambat ovulasi dan mengentalkan lendir serviks. Namun, penggunaan jangka panjang KB suntik ini sering kali dikaitkan dengan berbagai efek samping, salah satunya adalah perubahan tekanan darah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimen, yaitu rancangan percobaan dengan melakukan penelitian dengan terapi herbal pemberian air rebusan daun salam pada 20 responden yaitu ibu pengguna KB suntik 3 bulan dikelurahan Rurukan Kecamatan Tomohon Timur, instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Paired t-test dengan p = 0,001 (p<0,05), yang berarti perbedaan sangat signifikan secara statistik antara tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian air rebusan dauan salam terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada ibu KB suntik 3 bulan di Kelurahan Rurukan Kecamatan Tomohon Timur.
