HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN MOTIVASI DENGAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PASIEN TB PARUDI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MATANI

Pengetahuan dan motivasi pasien TB akan berdampak pada kepatuhannya dalam melaksanakan program pengobatan. Semakin baik pengetahuan seseorang maka akan semakin patuh dalam menjalankan pengobatan berkualitas dan semakin tinggi motivasi seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi antuasiasme seseorang untuk mencapai kesembuhan. Jenis penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pasien dengan tubekulosis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Matani dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 177. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa kuesioner, panduan wawancara dan form TB.01. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Variabel independen adalah pengetahuan dan motivasi dan variabel dependen adalah kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis. Hasil menunjukan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan minum obat menunjukan ada hubungan dengan (p value 0,000), motivasi dengan kepatuhan minum obat menunjukan hubungan (p value 0,000). Dengan signifikan 0.000 < a = 0.05, kesimpulan H1 diterima H2 ditolak. Perawat Puskesmas perlu melakukan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai TB dan memberikan motivasi pada pasien TB dengan menggunakan pendekatan terapeutik.
