HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP PERAWAT DENGAN TINDAKAN PEMASANGAN INFUS SESUAI SOP

Latar Belakang: Di rumah sakit, pengetahuan dan sikap merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tindakan pemasangan infus sehingga dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam bekerja pada perawat, dan dapat membahayakan kesehatan dan keselamatan bagi pasien tersebut.Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap perawat dengan tindakan pemasangan infus sesuai SOP di ruang rawat inap di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon. Metode: Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitif dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan kuisisoner. Populasi berjumlah 65 responden dengan sampel berjumlah 65 responden .teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap perawat dan variabel dependent tindakan pemasangan infus sesuai SOP. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikasi 0,023 ˂ α=0,05artinya terdapat hubunganantara pengetahuan perawat dengan tindakan pemasangan infus sesuai SOP. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap perawat dengan tindakan pemasangan infus sesuai SOP menunjukan nilai signifikasi 0,023 ˂ 0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan antara sikap perawat dengan tindakan pemasangan infus sesuai SOP.Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu Pengetahuan dan Sikap merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan Tindakan pemasangan infus sesuai SOP di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon.
