Abstrak

Depresi pasca melahirkan memiliki dampak besar kepada keadaan ibu dan bayi yang dilahirkannya, pada anak yang sudah dilahirkan sebelumnya. Sulitnya interaksi dan komunikasi antara ibu yang sedang mengalami gangguan psikologis dan depresi dengan anaknya meningkatkan resiko gangguan tingkah laku dan gangguan kognitif anak bahkan dapat membahayakan anak Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebagai responden sebanyak 65 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner, analisa data menggunakan uji spearman rho. Hasil: Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan sosial dengan pelaksanaan bounding attachment dengan menunjukan nilai signifikasi p-value =0.000 ˂  α= 0.05; hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat stres dengan pelaksanaan bounding attachment dengan menunjukan nilai signifikasi p-value =0.000 ˂  α= 0.05; Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan tingkat stress dengan pelaksanan bounding attachment di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon.
