Remaja merupakan salah satu sasaran program kesehatan reproduksi. Pada masa remaja perubahan emosi menjadi sensitif serta perilaku ingin mencoba hal-hal yang baru. Perilaku jika tidak didasari dengan pengatahuan dan sikap yang tidak benar maka dapat merugikan remaja tersebut, seperti perilaku seksual beresiko terhadap kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan dan dapat berlanjut pada aborsi serta penularan penyakit menular seksual. Dengan mempunyai sikap baik atau tidak baik dalam hal ini tentu mempengaruhi setiap tindakan yang dilakukan seseorang. Kasus seks pranikah di remaja saat ini sudah banyak sekali ditemukan di indonesia yang mempengaruhi pada kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja usia 15-19 tahun. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dalam pengambilan sampel dengan populasi berjumlah 100 remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja usia 15-19 tahun di Kelurahan Pangolombian Kecamatan Tomohon Selatan.
