ANALISIS KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI IGD RSU GMIM BETHESDA TOMOHON

Covid-19 menjadi salah satu masalah Kesehatan dunia sejak bulan Januari 2020. Kasus Covid-19 pertama kali terkonfirmasi diIndonesia pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 dan hingga kini terus bertambah sejak itu angka kesakitan dan kematian terus bertambah dan berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di IGD RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon selama pandemi covid-19 yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2022. Desain penelitian Cross-sectional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling, Sebanyak 181 reponden pasien yang berkunjung ke IGD yang dirawat selama 24 jam. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di IGD. Hasil analisa bivariat, dengan uji spearman rhodidapatkan hasil (r)=0,730 dengan signifikan 0.000 <a = 0.01, Sehingga H1 diterima H0 ditolak, Maka kesimpulannya ada hubungan antara kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di IGD Rsu Gmim Bethesda Tomohon Selama Pandemi Covid-19.
