Abstract

Rumah Sakit adalah institusi pemberi layanan kesehatan untuk masyarakat dengan
karakteristik tersendiri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan kesehatan,
kemajuan teknologi, dan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Kepuasan pasien rawat inap
dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan
kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon
yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitiancross sectional,sampel 167 responden pasien rawat
inap di Ruangan Markus, Yohanes, Maria, Pav.Bethesda. Variabel independen adalah
kualitas pelayanan dan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan. Hasil penelitianmenggunakan uji
Spearman Rho didapatkan hasil koefisien korelasi r=0.235 berada di antara 0,20-0,399 yang
berarti tingkat kekuatan hubungan lemah. Angka koefisien korelasi bernilai positif yaitu
0,235 sehingga kedua sifat variabel searah.Nilai signifikan p=0.002 < α0.05 dengan demikian
terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel atau Ho ditolak Ha diterima.Adapun
bebeberapa faktor seperti Relibilitas (Relibility), Tanggapan (Responsive), Jaminan
(Assurance), Empati (Empathy), Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) ini merupakan hal-hal yang harus
diperhatikan dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu
terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU GMIM
Bethesda Tomohon
