FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB TERJADINYA PENYAKIT HIPERTENSI PADA LANSIA DI RSU GMIM BETHESDA TOMOHON

Penyakit Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian dini di dunia. Banyak faktor yang dapat meningkatkan seseorang dapat menderita Hipertensi diantara lain faktor genetik, pengetahuan, usia, gaya hidup, dan kurangnya aktifitas fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya penyakit Hipertensi pada lansia di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Cross Sectional, Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 57 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling menggunakan kuisioner. Data di analisa dengan menggunakan uji Spearman-Rho. Dari hasil analisa didapat hubungan faktor genetik dengan kejadian hipertensi didapat hasil p-value = 0,605 > α = 0.05; hubungan stress dengan kejadian hipertensi didapat hasil p-value = 0,035 < α = 0.05; sedangkan hubungan Obesitas dengan kejadian hipertensi didapat hasil p-value = 0,684 > α = 0.05. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya hubungan antara factor genetik dan obesitas dengan kejadian Hipertensi; sedangkan faktor stress menunjukkan adanya hubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon.
