Abstract

Adolescents are one of the targets of reproductive health programs. During adolescence, emotional changes become sensitive and behavior wants to try new things. Behavior that is not based on knowledge and incorrect attitudes can be detrimental to the adolescent, such as risky sexual behavior leading to unwanted pregnancies and can lead to abortion and transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. Having a good or bad attitude in this case certainly affects every action taken by a person. Cases of premarital sex in adolescents are currently widely found in Indonesia which affect adolescent reproductive health. The researcher aims to determine the knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents aged 15-19 years. This research method uses a quantitative research type with a cross-sectional research design, using a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula in sampling with a population of 100 adolescents. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents aged 15-19 years in Pangolombian Village, South Tomohon District.
