PENGARUH TEKNIK RELAKSASI BANSON TERHADAP TINGKATNYERI PASIEN POSTSECTIO CAESAREA

Abstract

A  sectio caesarean section is a surgical operation in which the obstetrician makes a hole in the mother's stomach and uterus and then removes the fetus from the hole. Nursing staff apply the Banson relaxation technique, which involves the development of a relaxation method involving belief, prayer, and physiological responses. Objective: This study aims to reduce the level of pain in postoperative sectio caesarean patients at Anugerah Tomohon Hospital. Methods. This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-testpost-test design, a study conducted by giving treatment to each respondent. The research was carried out from March to April 2023 at the Anugerah Tomohon Regional General Hospital, with a total of 26 respondents. Results. Research using the Wilcoxon Test with a significance level of 0.05 A p value of 0.000 was obtained, which meant that there was an effect of giving Banson Relaxation on the pain level of posto sectio caesarean patients at Anugerah Tomohon Hospital. Conclusion: In this study, the level of pain in postoperative sectio caesarean patients can be reduced by giving banson relaxation.Keywords :Banson Technique, Post operative Pain in sectio caesarea Patients
