HUBUNGAN FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI DAN POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DENGAN RISIKO STUNTING PADA ANAK

Peningkatan stunting pada anak di usia 26-59 bulan (anak di bawah usia lima tahun) terjadi di seluruh dunia termasuk di indonesia dan menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah karena stunting menjadi salah satu masalah yang serius. Stunting merupakan akibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor sosial ekonomi dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kejadian risiko stunting pada anak di puskesmas koya yang di lakukan pada bulan maret 2024.penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan case control, yang merupakan metode penelitian yang membandingkan antara kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol untuk memeriksa penyebab atau variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi pada waktu yang bersamaan. Jumlah sampel 102 orang ibu yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok yaitu 51 orang dalam kelompok kasus dan 51 kelompok control pada pengukuran antara variabel pola asuh ibu dengan kejadian risiko stunting terdapat 33 responden (64,7%) ditemukan pada balita dengan pola asuh negatif sedangkan pada balita tidak stunting sebagian besar 36 responden (70,6%) berasal dari balita dengan pola asuh positif. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan p-value 0,0001 (0,05), sehingga menunjukan ada hubungan antara pola asuh ibu dengan kejadian stunting. Oods ratio (or) yang didapatkan dari perhitungan 0,227 (95% ci 0,099-0,522) menunjukan bahwa balita yang mendapatkan pola asuh 0,227 kali menjadi faktor pe nentu terjadinya risiko stunting. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kejadian risiko stunting pada anak di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Koya.
