Abstract

Beban kerja adalah kelengkapantata kerja yang dialami seseorang baik secara kelembagaan, lingkungan, personal (fisik dan psikologis)maupun situasional.  Stres kerja perawat dapat digunakan dalam menjelaskan suatu tuntutan seseorang dalam beradaptasi ataupun suatu reaksi seseorang terhadap tuntutan tersebut.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja perawat Ruang Rawat Inap Non Covid-19 dan IGD di RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33 orang dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan skala likert dan di analisis menggunakan uji statistic Spearman Rho.Hasil di analisis didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi  (r ) = 0. 931dan r tabel = 0.291, dengan tingkat signifikan (p)=0.000< α 0.005 dengan tingkat hubungan sangat kuat sehingan H1 diterima H0 ditolak.  Kesimpulan ada hubungan beban kerja menunjukkan hubungan sangat kuat  dengan stres kerja perawat Ruang Rawat Inap Non Covid-19 dan IGD di RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder
