HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP DENGAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI KECAMATAN KAKAS

Hipertensi adalah penyakit dengan angka kematian yang paling tertinggi di dunia. Bagi masyarakat di Indonesia dan di beberapa negara di dunia hipertensi merupakan masalah utama untuk kesehatan masyarakat. Ketidakpatuhan dalam pengobatan anti Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyebab kurangnya pengendalian tekanan darah. Tujuan umum. untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien Hipertensi di Desa Kaweng Kecamatan Kakas. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Cross Sectional, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik proposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 100 responden tentang Hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien Hipertensi di Desa Kaweng Kecamatan Kakas melalui pengujian data pada program SPSS dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan taraf signifikasi α=0.05 diperoleh nilai p=0,001 yang artinya nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0.05. Kesimpulannya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti pengetahuan memiliki hubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien Hipertensi di Desa Kaweng Kecamatan Kakas.
